SPEED AND AGILITY

 

Our Speed & Agility sessions are designed to get your body moving at a fast pace meanwhile remaining in full control. The point of speed and agility is to move at 100% (as quick as you can) in short bursts as we do different drills. Getting your body familiar with all the different and essential movements needed and used in soccer as you push to do each one quicker and faster. The class will focus on quick feet movements, explosiveness through short distances, quick reactions and quick change of direction. Players that attend our speed and agility training will notice a difference in their physical performance, intensity in their level of play, confidence and mental toughness.
